Robert Goldberg

Robert Goldberg joined Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining Schlam Stone, Rob was General Counsel for All Vision LLC, an out-of-home advertising company operating in the United States and Canada, where he was responsible for all legal matters and assisted with risk analysis and business strategy. During his time with All Vision, Rob oversaw the company’s joint ventures; prepared the company's most significant legal documents, including leases, licenses, management and vendor agreements, and employment contracts; and provided advice to senior management and the board of directors on all major issues affecting the company. Rob also served on a number of boards of directors of All Vision affiliates. 

Rob is a seasoned transactional attorney, with extensive experience in real estate, licensing, contract development and review, and the outdoor advertising industry. He was previously the General Counsel of Fuel Outdoor, a national outdoor advertising company, where he was a member of the management team, participated in all major decision-making for the company, and played an integral role in the sale of Fuel Outdoor to Van Wagner Communications. After the sale, Rob served as Assistant General Counsel of Van Wagner Communications, which at the time was the largest privately held outdoor advertising company in the United States.

Before going in-house, Rob practiced at the international law firms of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Foley & Larder LLP, where he focused on large commercial real estate transactions for both public and privately held businesses. Over the years, Rob facilitated the acquisition and sale of billions of dollars of real estate on behalf of his clients.
