Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Changes to Disciplinary Rules

The Office of Court Administration has asked for public comment on the proposed Uniform Attorney Disciplinary Rules of the Appellate Division. "If ultimately approved, the uniform rules would replace the separate court rules on disciplinary practice currently in place in each of the four Departments."
